Data protection framework

Personal data processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and digital rights. Clinical records and confidentiality are also governed by applicable healthcare rules.

When browsing

There are no accounts, clinical forms, payments, tracking analytics, advertising pixels or embedded third-party maps or videos. Search runs inside your browser; search terms are not sent or stored. The hosting server may process normal technical data, such as IP address, date, requested resource and browser details, to provide and secure the service.

Information and appointment requests

Necessary data are processed to reply, manage your request and, where relevant, arrange care. The legal basis may be precontractual steps or the care relationship, depending on the situation; health data also require an applicable Article 9 GDPR basis and professional confidentiality safeguards. Requesting an appointment does not subscribe you to advertising.

Legal bases and necessary information

Appointment requests are handled for pre-contractual steps or the care relationship (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c), and technical security on the legitimate interest in protecting the site (Article 6(1)(f)). Health data necessary for care are processed under Article 9(2)(h), subject to professional confidentiality. Specific consent is requested for purposes that require it. Providing contact details is voluntary, but without a way to reply it may not be possible to handle your request.

WhatsApp, email and external services

These links open external services only when you choose to use them. Providers process data under their own policies and may involve international operations. Telephone and email are also available. Prefilled messages only request an appointment and name the clinic; they do not include a diagnosis, the treatment page you were reading or clinical details. Do not send intimate photographs or medical records to a general channel. The clinic will explain the appropriate route if documents are needed.

Recipients and safeguards

Access is limited to staff and providers needed to handle requests, deliver care or maintain systems, with applicable contractual safeguards. Disclosures may be required by law. Personal data are not sold. The website does not integrate behavioural advertising partners.

Retention

Contact information is retained while handling the request and, where necessary, for periods required to meet obligations or address liabilities. Once a care relationship is established, medical records follow their own rules and the data protection information provided by the clinic. Technical logs should only be retained for the period necessary for operation and security.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the controller or data protection officer. Additional identification will only be requested when necessary and proportionate. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es. Requests are normally answered within one month; any justified extension of up to two additional months is notified within the first month where applicable.

Children and automated decisions

This is a general information website. It does not create profiles or make automated clinical decisions. Care for minors and consent are handled under healthcare law, individual circumstances and professional assessment, not through the website.

Changes and scope

This policy describes the delivered technical version: information and contact links without tracking. Adding forms, analytics, booking systems or embedded content requires reviewing legal bases, providers and information or consent mechanisms before activation. Questions can be sent to the data protection officer.
